The last 3 weeks my own sugar addiction got worse…means I eat more cookies then I should. Means really more cookies!! And I started experiencing joint pain in my ankles and fingers, even in my hips. I thought – with 50 – it could be arthritis from all the heavy lifting and a lot of red meat I have eaten as World Champion. But: IT IS MY INCREASED SUGAR INTAKE. Solution: cut off white sugar including “packaged” food. Try to eat fruits,vegetables and juicing as often as you can, even as your meal substitute. I promise you, you will not be hungry. I am in the middle of doing it and my joints feels so much better.
By the way: you are losing some pounds too. I am sure you will not be disappointed about that side effect….
