You are travelling a lot? You have no equipment available? No problem.

I recommend 2 different kind of exercises:

  1. If you are able to go outside – that’s the best. Fresh air filled with oxygen for your lungs and brain…nothing can beat that! Go for a power walk (I don’t mean window shopping). Real power walk where you have to breathe hard, pulse around 120. Add walking lunges, walking squats (40) in between. Then walk again for 10 minutes. Now add push ups on grass (if available) 4 sets of 10 reps. Walk again 10 minutes. Now lay down on grass, add bouncing low sit ups with your belly button sucked in. Walk again 10 minutes. Last stretch sprint for 100 meters to finish. This is a whole body workout, a combination of cardio AND strength.
  2. Inside workout: use the floor and disinfect your hands after workout. Combine 30 jumping jacks with 4×10 push ups, again 30 jumping jacks with 4 x 90 degree squats – 20 reps each, next 30 jumping jacks with 4 x 20 belly button sucked in crunches, again 30 jumping jacks with 4 x 1 min boxing movements.

This all takes between 15 and 30 minutes: injury free, heart pumping, resistance added time crunching workouts. Nothing fancy, no BS !
