2015 arrived and as every year everybody is running to sign up in the Gym, for weight loss programs etc.
And only 15% will be still doing it on March 1, 2015. Where is the problem?
The problem is our brain “of habits”. We are used to eat bad food, all the time, no exercise, etc. This behavior which is already a structure in the brain cannot be restructured in 3-4 weeks. It takes motivation and support from friends and family to change into a healthy behavior structure. That’s why it is sooo important having friends and family also participating in the same challenge. Together exercising, together in good quality restaurants, together power walking is building habits which increase your metabolism and your energy level and as a consequence you will start losing the weight without focusing on it. AND: you will keep the weight down!
