I am trying to find for all of my clients at my Fit & Fight Holistic Gym beside the resistance workout with me an interesting, exciting cardio workout. That could be Jogging, Power Walking, Thai Box Cardio, Spinning or DANCING.
I met Scott Lapping at a Woamtec Meeting (Networking Group) in Boca Raton. I was very impressed by his incredible looks, like a male model. I found out that he is the Owner and Art Director of “Dance 4 Life”. He offers professional dance classes. So I went for it. The first 20-30 min you are refreshing your knowledge about different steps you learned as teenager in your dance school. But then….oh my God: swinging and turning, your feet almost don’t touch the floor – with Scott! It feels probably different when you dance with your husband ( more heavy steps 🙂 ). But it doesn’t matter. You are moving, focusing and burning calories. You also workout your back-, shoulder- and leg muscles with completely new movements. Enjoy the next 2 days – you will have muscle sore for sure. NICCCCE PAIN.
