I am personally a huge fan of Massage, Reflexology and Acupressure. They helped me to be pain free without medication. It works instantly! I promise!
When I am nervous I get a lot of times ear pain, deep in my ears – both sides. I went to my German Ear Doctor who took different tests, told me that everything would be fine and charged me EUR 500 (around $ 530). He also told me that he thinks that my ear pain would not be “real”. What do you wanna say to somebody stupid (with MD Title and still stupid) like that?
I booked a session with my Massage Therapist Petra Weingut , Weinheim, Germany, who is also educated in Reflexology and Acupressure and she found immediately the correct pressure points for my ears. And yesss, it hurt. It hurt very much when she touched these points. She told me that there would be no energy flow at all in these ear meridians (means blockages). We would need to “open them up” which she did through putting very light pressure on the trigger points. Again and again she did that. The pain got better, it cracked inside me ears, they opened up and pain was gone for a few hours. I had all together 4 sessions till the ear pain was completely gone. I paid her EUR 120 for all sessions. So be always open to alternative solutions when you are in pain beside just popping pills!
